You know the scenario - Its christmas/birthday and you significant other, in-laws, out-laws or whoever has bought you a present that they think you will like as ithey think is wargames / history / Military related item.
You open the said present make appropriate noises about how lovely it is while deep down thinking "how soon can i get away with taking this down the charity shop?"
So please state
1 The item
2 Who it was from - If your brave enough
3 Why it was absolutely useless to you
I have recieved
1 A coffee table book of photos of views of Hadrians wall
2 No Comment
3 It was just very nice pictures of views - nothing military about it at all
1 An incredibly boring autobiography of a Battle of Britain Pilot
2 Out-laws
3 Only a passing interest in Battle of Britain, but this book was so boring and badly written I only got as far as page four having tried to read it 3 times
Is there really such a thing??
Yes because its what your realatives think is wargame related, not what actually is
Okay now THAT clariefies it. So someone imagines it "wargames related" but the connoisseur would not.
In that case:
1. Socks / GW Eldar
2. Master of my Life (Mum) / Master of the House (Daughter)
3. You REALLY asking?
