Gentlemen,
As someone who is currently engaged in creating forces for the 1940 campaign, I have come across the problem of tiny turrets.
The Pz I and the A9 both have tiny, tiny, tiny turrets that although beautifully rendered are ... tiny. I have chosen to glue the tiny turret down becuase I'm afraid of losing them.
Anyone else doing this? Is there a better solution?
I do not have those but would magnetising be an option ? Drill a hole, put 2*1 mm round magnets in each and voila.
For storage you could always put them in plastic bags and store loose...
On the plus side the turrets remain "working" whereas glueing down has the advantage of never getting lost.
Many people (myself included) glue all turrets, no matter how big. Using magnets is another popular idea, but I don't know how many people actually do this. Keeping them loose seems less popular.
Turrets, glued or not? (http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,4266.0.html)
Bloody hell! You lot have either good memories or better searching skills than I do!
I now glue for sheer ease of storage, as before magnetized turrets always seemed to pop off in transit.
I always glue everythiing in place, better against bent barrels and paint chipping off

Yep, magnetising is all very well for 15mm vehicles and their large turrets but 10's don't really have the space inside the hulls for 5mm diameter magnets. Not without a lot of risky chopping, at any rate. I don't fix main turrets at all, just leave them loose, but, I hasten to add, only after investing in foam-lined carrying cases.
Glue it all down :)

Not to mention your turrets.
