I am sure that I heard/read that they will be available around September time.

Supposed to be so, but the release date keeps moving and mention of it on the website seems a bit of a 'verboten'

I've been told at a demo game last year that it falls between Battalion and Brigade level.

Which will satisfy two camps, but there is no ground scale or time scale.

It's always a case of wait and see, as I've said many times, put six Napoleonic players around a wargames table and you'll get twelve different oppinions.

ps . or more.

A nice set of Nappy rules can be found here:

http://www.dbnwargaming.co.uk/

And they have a Yahoo group just do a group search for DBNapoleonic.

Small scale armies so you can paint more than one country if you would like.  And the games look really really cool using their double base option  :D

And no I dont work for them, I just like their rules for a quick game, which I have yet to win even against new players - it has to be the dice, must be  ;)

Hi Blaker,
I'm giveing Horse Foot and Guns a try, but I've not based any figures, yet.

When push comes to shove, I think it would work well as a board game
with 500 Pace's per Hex. (440yards) ie. 2".
Or to give more flexibility, use a dot on the board to Mark the centre of the Hex.
Easier to draw a table with terrain that way.
