Odd, I thought it was clearly the 8/12th SS Fallschirmjaeger Panzergrenadier Mountain Division?

Exactly!  But the SS insignia was always printed on the underwear of the SS Fallschirmjaeger as a security measure. The donkey is a giveaway for this being a mountain division, and at this time in the war the anti tank weapons of this sort were only being issued to Panzergrenadier divisions.   I rest my case! ;) [-( [-( [-(
