28mm, although Alice is closer to a small 25mm...

They're painted to my 'game standard' - i.e. rough and ready, designed to look good at arms length but painted up quickly to get them on the table.
The army took about 10-12hrs in total to get on the table (plus PVA drying time)...
It is a high gaming standard then.
