Title: Tridente Bologna
Post by: FierceKitty on 31 January 2013, 09:13:27 AM
Has anyone done any business with these chaps? I'm eagerly awaiting figures from several other suppliers (well, EVERYONE who makes anything crusades-friendly in 10mm), but I haven't even got an acknowledgement of my order from the Italians.

We've dealt with them many times over the years, and they've always been great to deal with.

Do they just take a while to reply to emails, then?

It's been quite a while since we've had any email correspondence to be honest.  I think Fabio scaled the business back slightly design-wise last year if I remember right, but they're still operating as far as I know.

If you don't get any joy, he's fairly active on TMP I think.

Join then.....(Good grief)
You don't need to look at it everyday.
You could make it a one off experience, to find what you need to know.

OK, though there's been so much aggro towards them of late....

There certainly seems to be a small proportion of their 'posters' who you'd want to avoid like the plague.
But just ignore them....
Find out what you need...and just dip in (if you feel the need) once in a blue moon.
That's all I do....
Personally, I visit it so infrequently, I have to check what my password is, every time I look in. ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

I could call Fabio or at least send a SMS.

I know that he had "problems" last year. (Family or work)
The September Tourney of Rome had been cancelled.

Not a problem with them, they take a time to answer mails, but they´ll answer always.
