Google Port Arthur Fortifications and click images

Better still Google Порт-Артур укреплений and then click images

You will find this useful translate.google.com/#ru/en

Sadly googling ポートアーサーの要塞 doesn't return any decent images

Someone posted part of the Russian artillery grid map of Port Arthur to the the RJW yahoo group recently

John Macdoland's Great battlefields of the world (Guild Publishing, London 1984) used computer graphics to build 3 D images of battlefields . Port Arthur is featured pp126-129 and details the forts on Akaska-yama and the twin peaks of  203 Meter hill .

Over the years I have used these excellent 3 D plans to lay out wargame battle like the Ebro and Arnhem.

Trust this is useful
