My first project I intend to complete in 2013 is the Top Malo scenario in Force On Force.
First up are my British.

Think I need to double check my focus and exposure on these, the background should be white :-w
Any feedback much appreciated.
Regards
Martin
Hah !!
I thought you were hinting that you couldn't paint very well Martin. ;) Fibber !! ;D ;D
Excellent job ! :-bd =D>
I'd cheat on the exposure if I were you....(that's 'cos I'm lazy. :D)
Just tweak the white or blackpoint on your photos until they come out the way you want.
Works for me.....Most times. ;)
Cheers - Phil.
Good job, Martin. Particularly like the basing. :-bd

Thanks for the feedback. :)
I've completed the Argentine Commando's and I'm now working on the Panhards - although these aren't for the Top Malo scenario.

Here is one of the Panhards, really like these will probably get some more and paint them up as UN Peace Keepers.

Martin

Very nice!
That's the Panhards based now, took slightly longer than expected. Started the 3 X FV107 Scimitars.

A very nice pair of Panhards they look great
Martin
Started on the Scimitars, put them together and given them a black wash to lift the detail.

To my eyes....That's worked extremely well.
Cheers - Phil.
8) Oh those are brilliant!
Look nice as a force. The bases a little thick for my taste but I like the material used on them. Getting more tempted by these figs the more I see them!
Finished the first Scimitar, couldn't make my mind up what colour scheme to use. Looking at images from the Falklands (most of which seem to be grainy b & w reprints and photo copies!) I couldn't work out if they used the black and green cam pattern or if they were painted just green. Loitering around some of the IPMS forums I noticed that many of the Scorpions were done in just plain green. So for the first one I've gone plain green. If anyone knows which paint job I should use could they let me know, thanks.
These are lovely models - tons of detail. My compliments to the sculptor.

And next up are a bunch of SAS firing M16, half way there to my Pebble Island scenario British forces.

Love the Scimitar. Always loved that little beastie ever since I met one trundling up the A303 from Devizes. Goodness knows what he was doing there! :o
