Great stuff. I've recently finished a range of 16th Century Irish for a client and these were pretty much the sources I worked from, Derricke especially.

We don't have tea shoppes in Wales....Far too upmarket and posh. ;)
Think you're more likely to find those in the Wirral.

Strange, that's not what GOOGLE says: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=tea+shoppe+wales&rlz=1C1GGGE_en-gbGB493GB493&oq=tea+shoppe+wales&aqs=chrome.0.57j62l2.4855&sugexp=chrome,mod=8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=tea+shoppe+wales&rlz=1C1GGGE_en-gbGB493GB493&oq=tea+shoppe+wales&aqs=chrome.0.57j62l2.4855&sugexp=chrome,mod=8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8)

However, google maps says: https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=tea+shoppe+wales&rlz=1C1GGGE_en-gbGB493GB493&sugexp=chrome,mod%3D8&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&sa=N&tab=wl (https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=tea+shoppe+wales&rlz=1C1GGGE_en-gbGB493GB493&sugexp=chrome,mod%3D8&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&sa=N&tab=wl)

Gentlemen - Birkenhead is NOT in the Wirral, but ON THE WIRRAL PENINSULAR......

It formed part of the See of Shewsbury Abbey, hence Ingestre Road etc...
