Title: Nickname for US troops in 10mm
Post by: Last Hussar on 24 September 2012, 09:11:00 PM
My Pendraken WW2 are labelled
Itty Bitty Nazis
Teenie Weenie Commies
Tiny Tommies

What to call the US forces?

What about other periods?

My US forces are labelled Septics, for obvious reasons.

WWII Yanks?

'Johnny come lately'  (Pearl Harbour - taken completely by surprise 2 years into a global war.  Amateurs).

'Forward observers'  (Let the artillery do it).

;)

I'm after 'small' names - like 'Itty Bitty Nazis'

For ACW I've got Undersize Union

Mini GI joes
If you did the 36th inf. division then they could be "tiny Texans"
"Over here, over paid, and under sized"
Ike's tykes
If they are the 1st inf. division then they could be "the 'little' red one"

That's all I got.

It doesn't match the other names though..

You need the adjective before the name.

Pixie Pattons, maybe.. but the word Pixie in the same sentence with Patton is making him spin..
