Been busy with various projects, but finally got a first batch of SCW Republican forces completed;

And to deal with those oh-so principled Anarchist militias, some Assault Guards;

Been off-and-on efforts, but finally got around to basing them all last week.
Look lovely, love the armoured cars and the flags, I do believe this will be a popular army!
Very nice indeed love the paint jobs
Andy
Thanks. Just hoping to add some artillery, but unsure if I want to go with some Russian castoffs or some nice French 75s. Any ideas?
Spanish Republican Army? Mix them!
I understand the ad hoc nature of much of the republican army but I'm trying to get some details on actual artillery used on particular fronts, particularly Catalonia
Very nice! 8)

Such as this, on the Aragon front, in 1937. Any clue as to what it is?

Dave reckons it's the British 60pdr gun: http://www.landships.info/landships/artillery_articles/60pdr.html (http://www.landships.info/landships/artillery_articles/60pdr.html)
(code BP11 in our catalogue! :D )
The following website is a treasure trove of pics, so well worth a look for general inspiration.

I thought so too, but wasn't too sure. Guess that will be on the next order ;)
If you visit Barcelona you can play Republican army against Requetes or Regular army in Alpha ares club(We playing Spain in flames rules fow)
Is the "Spain In Flames" FOW 'un-official supplement' still available? I've been trying to buy a copy for some time....
Hopfully,
Peter
