Yeah their points values are way off, the 2000pt Early War German comes out nearer 3000pts, and you should plan on adding a bit more transport.

There are also some 'generic' packs which have a representative selection of infantry types and do not seem to be based on any particular ruleset or actual TO&E. Still good though they are how I started my 10mm collections.
