Title: Latest vehicle masters!
Post by: Leon on 16 August 2012, 04:03:40 AM
I know Mart has shown some of these elsewhere, but I thought it would be cool to show them off a little more...  :-bd

First up is the Scorpion:

And the Scimitar:

These will be going back to Mart for conversion into loads of other variants.

Next up is the Landies, in both soft and hard top versions:

And for the Modern gamers, we also have the AAV 7A1, which is a cracking model:

(Pics of the LVTP-7 can be seen here: http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,4378.msg50996.html#msg50996 (http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,4378.msg50996.html#msg50996))

These are all heading for plastic moulds, so estimated release will be around October hopefully.

And there's something endearing about the little Scorpion and Scimitar.  :)

I think the AAV 7A1 is a good candidate for Sci-fi usage.

Title: Re: Falklands Line doubling as US Green Berets!
Post by: Urbinoprince on 20 September 2012, 07:45:57 PM
I was wondering if anyone else saw the possibility of using some of the UK Falklands line as US Vietnam Green Berets. Obviously, the combined arms team, dead, etc. would clearly not work. However, at this scale, the others would in my opinion make a fine addition as Green Berets!
