Thanks for the heads-up, Nik. Looks good - especially like the header graphics on pg 198 (or pg207 of the pdf!) :D
Was planning to run a crawl "sometime" with the new Ganesha games RPG "Tales of Blades and Heroes". This'll give me something to think about though...
very highly cool.... but I dare not look at them myself, will only tempt me away from my current rules goodness and for once in my life I`m totally happy with what I`m using now :D
uuuugh internet is my worst enemy, I keep seeing new things lol. But with my 50th Birthday rapidly approaching *gulp.... embarrassement* I`m finally learning wisdom... they say it comes with age (though I`m still waiting for mine to strike ;D )
Six 8)
Having just said all that :-[ I dug out and have been been messing about with Tunnles and Trolls recently. One of our recent D&D campaign session nights was played using these rules (I hadn`t prepared properly because I was too busy that week, so I though "what the hell, this will make my job a little easier tonight") but I didn`t tell the players and just kept it to myself.. and you know what? The players had one of their best sessions ever that night :o
... just goes to show, these old classics do indeed stand the test of time :-\
