Title: And now for something completely different
Post by: Last Hussar on 09 August 2012, 01:18:14 PM
Have bought Monty Pyton Fluxx - mostly 'Holy Grail' based.

I know lots of people don't like Fluxx, it's too random, the rules and objective change constantly, you can't plan in any meaningful way, etc.  M-P version, however, is completely insane. One rule card allows anyone who speaks in an outrageous foriegn accent to draw an extra card, 2 if they kept it up since their last turn.  There are bonus cards for quoting M-P, or even singing.

Mad, pointless, wierd, but a great little time filler or start to a social session.

Think I'm 20 years too old for anything zombie.

Seriously, what is it with 20 somethings - all the boys are into Zombie Apocalypse, the girls into vampires (except my daughter in law, who is into pandas).
