Title: Arab skin tone
Post by: FierceKitty on 28 July 2012, 02:14:58 AM
I'm curious about how other people paint this. I'm using an equal mix of flesh (Sakura colours - it's actually far too pink) and sandy yellow ochre, darkened and sunburned with a dash of burnt siena; how about the rest of you?
Since I think Siena is the most beautiful city in the world, I wish the paint had another name!

In 10mm I used Saddle Brown from Valjero.

Is there a more general term for it?

As always, colours on your screen needn't match the actual colour.

Oh, and I am sure that you know that siena, (like umber, for example) refers to the actual earth in that region. Still, your idea has merit too.
