Title: Greetings from West Virginia
Post by: Paranormous on 18 July 2012, 12:57:46 PM
Jumping into my first projects with Pendraken minis and I have to say......WOW.    :o   I used to play all of my games in 28mm then jumped to 15mm.  Now I have delved into the 10mm bonanza and I have to say that Pendraken's miniatures carry at least 2 times more detail than a good many of the 15mm manufacturers out there and at a great faction of the price.  I can honestly say there is definitely a good thing going here.  This forum is always a source of inspiration and motivation for me so I thought I would join in the banter and sharing.  Maybe toss some ideas out, share some pics, and general discuss miniature gaming and all of it's glory.  I'll post some pics here shortly of some things I've already done.

Here are a couple of WW2's.  Sorry for the poor photos but my charger for my good camera is MIA and instead of buying a new one I would rather just buy more miniatures.  ;)

My first buy was just a mish-mash of pieces to see if I would be interested in 10mm.  So I don't have full armies to game with....yet.  I just recently put in an order for a multitude of High Elves and Lizard men to get a good mass fantasy game going.  After that I'm going to piece together a sci-fi skirmish in tribute to the old GW space hulk game but with my own personal flair. Any thoughts or ideas would be welcome.  I'm going to be single mounting the sci-fi range and creating a full 3-d game board to represent the ship interior.

I had a perfect fit once, but now I'm on meds and it shouldn't recur.
