Title: 1/144 Neubaufahrzeuge
Post by: GrumpyOldMan on 10 July 2012, 11:26:37 PM
Hi All

While trawling through HobbyLink Japan I saw that Fairy Kikaku has released a set with not one but three!!!! Neubaufahrzeugen. I only mention this because Leon has said that it is very, very unlikely that Pendraken will ever make one.

I saw from one of jfariahitech's photos that Fairy Kikaku are not too large with Pendraken

I have always said that we wargamers love the models more than the game.  We become attached to certain little bits of white metal.  If you really want to undermine an opponent then destroy the best painted units in his army.  You know the ones with the loving amount of details lavished on their tiny hulls.

In another thread I saw a gamer who will game modern if there was a Landrover pink panther available.

I think that's the only way Grumpy, or use them in the ABVCW setting.

Browsing the Fairy Kikaku listings I see they do two Italian 90mm on trucks!

This could prove expensive!

Cheers for the heads-upon this range  - there is some interesting stuff

I've just ordered the 1/144 Battle of Mukden (IJA Heavy Artillery) set

I know that 1/144 is a bit bigger than Pendraken but it will be ok for artillery
