My 1st real attempt at painting 10mm figs (though had some about 20yrs ago)
I painted these as a sample to see what I could do if I really wanted too... im pleased with the finish and was very surprised at the detail on the figures... not based for any in particular I just grabbed 6 figs and painted them.. did try to flock the base but it didnt look right, maybe a finer grass is required than what I use for 20mm scale.
Part of my Guildwargamers Pendraken Sponsored build..
Not sure I will continue with ECW as I really like the new ACW figs..... decisions decisions.

Those are beautiful
Agreed - beautifully done Daryl 8)
Lovely - I think the grass is ok
Stick with the ECW - you will get bored painting blue and grey :)
:D Wow Really AMAZING
Good stuff
Thx guys.. you most likely right about the blue and greys as that would not be as much fun but all those nice poses makes for an interesting appearence.. and as you maybe can tell I like it to look good so rows of exact same figs does not appeal to me :( but at least with ECW I can have fun with the colours but keep it mostly red for the New Model army look..
I will make sure I do a proper regiment in all its glory before making a final decision :)
Excellent, very nice Daryl!

Absolutely stunning!
Keep up the ECW. Prettier uniforms, cavalry still have a function on the battlefield, and it was a far more important war anyway.
Absolutely superb !
Cheers - Phil.
A really great job there Daryl 8).
