Title: Is it just me?
Post by: Nosher on 23 June 2012, 09:01:04 PM
Or does Adrian Chiles spout a load of sh*te :o

I know less about kissball than I know about nuclear physics but I know a bullshitter when I see one... =)

What a knobber :-q

No idea but I do know that I hate the ITV coverage compared to the BBC. Oh, and don't get me started on ITV's Rugby World Cup coverage >:(.

I think  a lot  of the stuff on TV is a load of sh*te. particuarly the people watching stuff.  As for a lot of the presenters - well they would make Quasimodo look elequent and charismatic   :)

Adrian Chiles
Jonathan Ross
Russal Brand
Alan Carr pratty man
Big Brother
Jeremy Kyle
TOWIE
Chelsea - The program (before Hertsblue has a heart attack)
My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding

Have often considered doing away with the TV - it can be such a waste of time. Trouble is its quite useful when my girls come over and we watch a DVD.

Have to agree.....There's a vast amount of poop on the 'idiot box' nowadays !
Not to mention a lot of very feeble presenters.
Reality shows ? :-& :-& :-&

Cheers - Phil.

One Nation under God
has turned into
One Nation under the influence
of one drug

Television, the drug of the Nation
Breeding ignorance and feeding radiation

T.V., it satellite links
our United States of unconciousness
Apathetic therapeutic and extremely addictive
the methadone metronome pumping out
a 150 channels 24 hours a day
you can flip through all of them
and still there's nothing worth watching...

The really sad part of the whole sorry mess is that these programs and presenters top the polls as "most popular". So it could be argued that we get the TV we derserve. As someone said in another thread, there are 400 channels we could do without. The problem is - no one can agree which 400 channels.  :(

How are they defined as 'most popular'?

What's causing me even more pain than Adrian Chiles is Jamie Carragher...whose voice starts in an exceptionally high-pitched Scouse...and then goes up...and up...and up...to the point where my hounds start howling. What he has to say is slightly less intelligent than what they've got to say as well.  :d

Yes but I can shoot holes in all your arguments about TV sports coverage by uttering 4 words:

Suzi Perry in leathers,  :o

Why would you need a TV for seeing THAT?
Your argument is invalid.

Andrian Chiles....he reminds me of the walls sausages singing dog crossed with a turnip  :o

If that list is deemed as most popular, then god help us all  :-\
