Hi,
I just signed up here because I'm considering placing an order with Pendarken Minis. I'm looking to get into 10mm renaissance wargaming and I was advised to get Pendraken minis so here I am. :)
Now I looked around the store (unfortunately there's a certain lack of pictures of TYW minis especially. Anyone know where I can find pictures of those and the missing ECW ones?) but couldn't find any shipping costs and I only get a 404 when I try to open the shipping calculator. So I thought I'd just ask here: How much would shipping to Vienna, Austria cost? :)
thanks in advance!
edit: Another question I just thought of - how many differnt sculpts are there in the TYW packs or is it a single one for each? I would also love to see pictures of EC27, 28, 23, 18, 17, 7 and 6 if possible. ^^
Hi Sigur, welcome to the Forum! 8)
The shipping infiormation can be found on our Terms and Conditions page here: http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Terms.aspx (http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Terms.aspx) Shipping within Europe is 10% of the order value, with a minimum of £1.50. So £20 worth of goods would be £2 shipping, £30 would be £3, etc.
There are some pics of the ECW and TYW figures dotted about, I'll see what I can dig up.

Excellent, thanks for the quick and helpful reply!
Hi, sorry for keeping pestering you but I placed an order over a week ago and I would like to know how long it usually takes to process and send an order. The order confirmation mail asked for leeway of 21 days. Is this more towards the estimated time or just a kind of longest possible timespan it could take and usually takes much shorter? The thing is that I signed up for a painting project along with a bunch of other guys painting Historicals, everybody paints so-and-so much a month and July is the first month. So I thought I would ask so I can plan ahead a little. Thank you very much. :)
Hi Sigur,
I ordered my Miniatures to Bremen/Germany. when I remember right they took 2 weeks to arrive.
Das ist meiner Meinung nach noch völlig OK.
Regards,
Peter
Thanks. Ja, das klingt sehr ok für eine Sendung aus UK. Besten Dank. ;)

Conan is about right there, we aim to ship the orders within around 10-14 days of receiving them, but we are trying to make it faster at the moment. When the package is on the way, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email.

In Birkenhead it tends to arrive after the goods......
IanS :D
I live in The Neds in the middle of the bloody countryside (say 'mooh' to Betsie and Elsie who live in a barn just around the corner) and my packages usually arrive a week after being shipped from the UK. :o
Dont know why, it's probably due to a warp in the our vectromolecular continuum. 8)
Cheers,
Aart
@Leon: Thank you. I hate to be that guy who keeps on nagging about this and that and believe me, I'm not complaining. Just really enthusiastic. (which probably can be the second most annoying thing after the complainer. ;) ).
Thanks for the reassuring comments, everyone!

I would just like to let you know that my minis arrived yesterday, only three days after the "order despatched" notification. This is majorly impressive, usually mail from the UK takes between one and three weeks to arrive.
The minis look really nice and I placed another order right away. ;) As soon as I got that to add some much needed variety to the ranks of my brave little troopers and got them painted I'll post pictures.

Excellent news, glad to hear the package arrived safely!
