Title: Restoration in 1800mm.
Post by: Hertsblue on 15 June 2012, 08:24:40 AM
For those of you into mid-seventeenth century gaming, I just thought you might like a look at some 1800mm figures. These depict the Earl of Winchester's Regiment circa 1660. Photos taken at Audley End House, Essex on the 5th June.

Great pictures, a mate of mine is a 'Wupert' who also does Williamite re-enactments as well! Always thought it was great looking kit, but not for me!

I know they used to use them as mobile statues at one time, as per The Draftsman's Contract.

I think the unemployed have been used before in these restoration projects. The last big one was called WW2.
