The Marlburian range is all bare poles on the standard figures, and there are no command figures included in the regular packs.

In the Polish P11 code, they come with a small flag on them, I'm not sure on the proper name for it, but it's like a sunburst/fan style.  As with the Marlburians, there are no command included in the regular packs.

The Polish thing is a Bunczuk, derived from the Ottoman tug.  They signified the presence of a hetman.  I've used them in my Polish army but also given units flags and pennants which were used in abundance.

Bear with me here Jon.  The front figures left and centre are P9 Mounted General; standard bearers left and centre are P1 winged Hussar; all the rest on each base are from P11 Mounted Command (this include an officer, Bunczuk bearer, drummer and trumpeter).  The drummers went to the hussars, the Pancerni and the cossacks.
