I've painted all types of miniatures before but this is my first go at anything in 10mm scale, so please be gentle! I've not really stuck to historical accuracy, but I think my next batch shall but more accurate (researching is one of the best bits anyways!)

Very nice brush work there :)
I like those!
Thanks all for the nice comments! I'm hoping that I can improve with practice!
My main issue is patience...I get too excited to see a unit completed that I tend to blast my way through the paint job!

Join my club! The trick is to get up and go and do something else for a while. :)

Things to distract and help you wind down during unit painting:
1. work on a building or some other terrain piece at the same time
2. have some books on the period/subject handy
3. have a computer/laptop handy (take part in online discussions)
4. or a radio
5. or a wife (depends on which brand though)
6. or kids in the 10-15 age bracket
7. or do small gardening jobs in between painting bouts
Cheers,
Aart
