Sawatdee phimai and happy new year from Bangkok to all, and take it from me, Songkran is a better party than Easter.

Eh ?.....Gay Thailand historical park ?

Sawadee Pee Mai back to you F.K.
I dunno....I have to look up a few of the English words you type.....Let alone trying to translate Thai into English ;D ;D (see above).....And who knows how accurate the translations are on the net ;).... Probably not very accurate at all !!  ;D

Hmmm...one of the headaches here is that there is no standard transliteration system; no literature to encourage anyone to develop one either.

The average traffic-jam is a better party than Easter. I'd be happier if they held the damn thing at the same time every year. :P

Transliteration ?

Well.....Another word that I know the meaning of now ;)
I mean....How do you pronounce/translate (what are to yours truly) 'squiggles' into something that you can actually understand.....Amazing !
Written (and spoken) languages are truly fascinating. (But are too difficult for an old f*rt like me.)

Well Matt.

The above still doesn't come out as the last post in this thread....Perhaps this one will.
