Excellent because I can't get these anymore
(http://www.cadbury.co.uk/ourproducts/PublishingImages/Aztec-1970s.jpg)
I do not want to appear ungrateful, but I can safely say that Banastre Tarleton's british legion did not dress like that ???
Behold an Aztec in a tarleton! All our prayers are answered!
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
I hope thats an April fool ;D
Marty
I hope it isn't.... :)
Can it be?????? ??? :-\ :-*
It's an april fool until told otherwise!
Just as I'm working on my 16th C Spanish and Dutch troops.
;D (http://) =O. Clib you are such a tease :D
Now you need to show us the tank with feathers.
However, you got a start on the Aztecs just need a head swap and you're good to go!
I'm in love! ;D
;D =O ;D
But, of course, with a tweak here and there he could actually be an Aztec. :d Can of worms duly opened.
Aztecs with tanks eh?

Why the have a ziggurat add snakes or someother suitable nasty jungle centipede mount with blow dart javelin bow shooting nutters and you have aztec ziggurat tank of doom!
All joking aside, it's a lovelly little figure and beautifully sculpted. And I have a feeling it's probably more than just an April Fool's jape. ;)

I do most heartily hope you are right.
Clib's a busy man I doubt he'd knock something up just for the hell of it. I would expect aztecs and Tarletons.
although I could be wrong....
Oooh a ful Aztec range might find its way into my Victorian Sci-fi as native Venusians (alongside the lizardmen...)

If Venusians look like that, I might buy some to fight against my Spaniards!
Ok I dont want to offend anyone but is there really much demand for Aztecs? Given that other, probably more popular ranges aren't finished ???
Marty
Okay how about we settle for just the Aztec and other Mesoamerican infantry only? And leave the cav' until other ranges are finished! Sounds fair to me ;) :D

As long as the saucer of milk was accompanied by LoA cavalry and artillery. ;)

There's a huge demand for Aztecs - mainly from two people. ;)
Perhaps we need to distinguish between 'huge demand' and 'loud demand' ?

;D ;D ;D
I'm an Alexander. Great, therefore my demands must be huge.
you know what they say: huge demand, small......
;)
Aztecs could be fun, I always liked them in Age of Empires, and they would make good oppos for Lizardmen
Maybe it could be a stylized version of a new race for the Petals of the Throne series :D
Wouldn't this make THE perfect figure for those attending the Birthday bash? Then of course the Washington figure could just slip unnoticed into the catalogue. :D ;)

The problem is - Leon's probably churned out a couple of hundred Washingtons in anticipation. :(
