Something that several manufacturers seem to do, that as far as i can see Pendraken have so far avoided, as 'army packs' that support specific rule sets.
So Pendraken don't have for example 'Warmaster Ancients Roman Army Pack' or similar.
I was wondering why?
Would this kind of indirect rules support be something people would buy?
Personally i avoid them as they almost never contain figure mixes that i would need for my army builds, and i like Pendraken's flexible approach to their basic pack constitution.
However, Field of Glory (Ancient/Medieval, Renaissance, and presumably Napoleonics) have 650pt 'fixed starter lists', that would be easy to put an army pack together for. I can see a possible market there...
Given that Pendraken currently don't have inhouse rules (does Dungeonworld count?) is this an opportunity missed?
What rules would Pendraken minis support most 'naturally'?
Ermmm Luddite, what ruleset do you think these are for???

Now look here... >:(
If Pendraken are going to HIDE this sort of thing in PLAIN VIEW, tucked away on their impossible to find interweb shop site thingy, how is a chap expected to know about them?
Eh?
Answer me that and stay fashionable...
