Title: spainish invasion 1599
Post by: mart678 on 05 February 2012, 05:08:19 PM
Hi
While doing research for our 28mm Fishguard 1797 game which is on the General de brigade forum i came across a good use for the pendraken 28mm Elizebethans a Spainish invasion fleet of 110ships and 10,000 troops was despatched to sieze Milford Haven so if yet again a storm had not disperssed the fleet there could well have been a Spainish Gibraltar in Wales? if anyone is interested i will sort it into a free senario for any set of rules!

Also see Geoffrey Parker's stuff on "If the Armada had landed" for 1588 a fascinating what-if campaign

I have long used P. Elizabethans as Spanish troops of the Italian wars.
