Title: Building a camp - 10mm
Post by: gregernest on 17 January 2012, 04:21:41 PM
What figures / sets would be good for Roman tents and baggage train to build a camp out of?

Or just a generic Greek/Celt/other ancient camp?  :-\

Something like this any good? The Baggage train do all sorts of 10mm goodies.

That looks nice!  Really!  :-\

I was hoping that a Pendraken item of carts or tents or something was on the site and I was missing it.

There are some tents around, Boer War, WWII British and Germans

wagons and carts are dotted around the place, ECW, SYW, medieval and WWII Germans not sure if any are particularly Roman?

irregular are worth a look for various animals and other stuff.

The WWII British tents could probably double as Roman if painted in a suitable worn leather shade.

The Baeuda range of tents cover most periods - down as 15mm but they are small 15's so should do the job
