Title: Which substitute cavalry for British in Sudan?
Post by: chortle on 24 December 2011, 10:02:12 AM
I am sure there are suitable substitutes elsewhere in the ranges for British lancers, hussars and dragoons? I guess the dragoons and hussars are the same model. Not sure what the differences would have been at this time.

Cheers

Try the Boer War range.

Sorry for the late reply. Got distracted.

From the Boer War range you have the British lancers. What about the yeomanry in helmets - will they work for anyone in Sudan?

Plus of course the Indian lancers in the WW1 range to stand in for Bengal lancers.

I am just starting out on the 2nd Afghan war, and using the WW1 Indian lancer as a Bengal lancer. Seems fine to me.

Hi Chortle

I use the Imperial cavalry from the WW1 Middle east range. They might suit your needs?
