It's the former - the 15cm sIG33 - as the latter - the 15cm sFH18 - is the heavy howitzer found in the medium artillery abteilung of an artillery regiment rather than an infantry gun. The sIG33 was usually a 2 gun platoon in the infantry regiment's infantry gun (13th) kompanie.
