There is an old PC game called Age of Rifles which has several RJW scenarios, Yalu, Nanshan, Port Arthur & Mukden, each with reasonably good OOBs.

Annoyingly I can't get it to run on my computers. I've tried editing the OOB files using a hex editor but with little success
