I used the flags from this site for my Japanese.
For 10mm you cannot use the flags straight off the site because as you reduce them electronically you get a pixelated effect. To solve this
- download the flags
- cut and paste as many as required into a word doc, with a contingency for errors
- reduce to the correct size by photo-copier
There are probably lots of other ways but thats how I did it.

If you're handy with Photoshop, you can throw the image onto the right sized canvas, with a very high dpi, and it'll keep the detail OK I think.

Rob - copy 1 Flag, add to a word doc and size as you require (it's a bit of a black art). The copy and paste as many as you need. With some you will need to mirror, so a drawing package like paintshop pro or similar is needed. Place back to back as close as you can.

Rob, reducing image sizes should not cause pixalllation, it is normally caused by increasing the size.
Most images are bitmaps, and as such have a fixed number of pixels.
When printed these pixels are mapped to a physical measurement, usually to give a dots per inch (dpi). Many web graphics are produced at 72dpi as this is typically screen resolution, and it keeps the file size small.
Printing is often done at 300dpi ,and high quality printing can be at 1200 dpi
What this means for the 10mm gamer is that a 72dpi flag, at a nominal size of 1inch (ie for 28mm figs), when printed at 10mm across is now at 200dpi, so should have much finer detail
I have found that to reduce size you get an accurate reduction if you reduce them by adjusting the % option in your printer setup - this seems to give a true scaling-down. If you reduce them in a graphic package then you tend to lose the detail.
