Title: Make your own Barbed Wire
Post by: commission on 12 November 2011, 09:15:40 PM
You know that wire mesh you can purchase for repairing panels on car bodies?

Slicing strips off it with scissors (tedious yes but hang on!)

Wrapping the strips around an appropriate diameter round thing......
and pulling from the end.....

Provides one with pretty good looking, cheap barbed wire.

Sticking matchsticks or other small wooden 'bits' to a base in the shape of 'X's or just as posts to wrap around can add another aesthetic level to your barbed wire emplacements.

Good luck and happy wrapping - yeh, get down, woh.........
Forgive me I don't get out much.
