I came across an odd one tonight when looking at the ACW range. Every other ranges artillery appears to be £3.50 for three guns but the ACW range is the same price for two guns??
Typo or correct? Just checking as a friend has asked me to cost up, order and paint some ACW for his dad as a Xmas present
The numbers of guns depends on whether they come with limbers and horses or not. Any packs which are just the guns and crews are normally 3 to a pack. The ones with only a couple of limber horses are 2 to a pack, for example the Marlburian/ECW packs. Then we have the single gun packs, which come with 4 horses per limber.
The ACW's are slightly odd, as they come with 4 horses per limber (1 of which is ridden), so would only be 1 to a pack in theory.
The new range will most likely have separate limbers and rider's, in a similar fashion to the FPW ranges.
Cheers Leon.
I have often wondered why people bother with limbers etc. They remain on the table for very little time (if at all) and just seem a waste of time other than being asthetically pleasing.
Will the usual rule of thumb apply - can I bin the limbers and have an additional gun & crew?

Yeah, we should be able to do that for you.
