Post by: Nicofig on 05 April 2010, 07:48:01 AM
Hi,

to help the newbies (not only) ,I propose to note the range you have, from * (poor) to ***** (amazing) :

I begin :

- League of Augsburg : *

- WSS : **

- 7YW : ****

- AWI : *****

- FPW : ****

And you ?

What are those ratings based on? Diversity of figures, historical correctness, casting/sculpting quality, extensiveness of the range? The ratings as you give them now have no meaning to me at all.

Better would be to have a visual catalogue/library (comparable to what I have done with the ACW figures) so that people can decide for themselves if the figures meet their personal requirements.

Just my 2 cents.

On a personal note, I'm very happy with Pendraken's ACW range, although the Cavalry is a bit chunky compared to the regular infantry.

Pendraken have updated their site now and included pics on the order page so u can view before you buy for certain ranges :)

make that 5* into 6*  for the AWI   it will reach 10*  when 'clib' gets more done :)
