Title: Ottoman Turks
Post by: Sandinista on 09 March 2010, 05:21:10 PM
I have some books, all Osprey and a few others but all a bit lacking on costume and banner artwork  for late 15th/early 16th century - anyone got any recomendations?

We've got the Osprey books as well, but I'll contact the designer to see what other resources he used when he did the Ottoman range.

Come and camp in my house, might be easiest bet!
However, failing that:
Osmanlilar Albumu is the book, produced 1983, not sure of the author as I don't read Turkish, but the plates are damned good! Might by Osmanli Yayinevi, or Abdulkadir Dedeoglu, no ISBN apparent. Too big to scan,
