Title: Does the Mitrailleuse have a shield?
Post by: Shedman on 05 August 2011, 12:57:42 PM
Does the Mitrailleuse (FPW16) have a shield?

The Russian army in the Russo-Japanese war used Maxim machine-guns on carriages rather than the small trolley of WW1 and 2 fame and I thought about using the Mitrailleuse if it had a shield

See http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A4%D0%B0%D0%B9%D0%BB:Maxim_machine_gun_on_carriage_1916.jpg and http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/6/68/Mitrailleuse_bollee.jpg

Ah, it's a separate piece, so you can leave it off if needed...  :P
