Nice report - great photos (even if your photographer was shaken by the charge)!

Very nice.  I've been wondering about Hail Ceasar having just picked it up and BP.  I haven't had a chance to play a game with either rules yet.  Love seeing all the figures on the field.  Thanks for sharing.

So what is the difference between Hail Ceasar and Warmaster Ancients?

The battle looks very cool.  I like those knights  ;)

Thanks for the comments chaps :)

QuoteSo what is the difference between Hail Caesar and Warmaster Ancients?

This is only my opinion,HC seems to be a progression of WMA (possibly what would of become of WMA had Mr Priestly not left WHH?) there are quiet a few differences too many to list here. but its also very much the same game style. Its a very friendly game to play, you don't use army lists is one of the main differences, although Ive used the WMA lists as a base and added as history dictated. As I finish more Pendraken Arabs I will put them in the army as they generally out numbered who they where fighting. For the first game I kept it more or less even for ease of playing. One thing I would say if you are new to gaming play WMA first as  HC isn't for anyone new to gaming.
