I've just had a phone call here, picked it up, and an automated voice said:
"This is British Gas, unfortunately we don't have any advisors to take your call at the moment. We will contact you another time."
But YOU rang ME! Why ring me when there's no one to speak to me?! >:(

Collegue rang a help desk a few weeks ago (parcel redeliver or something like that)
It was automated voice recognition.
It then said "I'll just check the computer to see if that slot is available"!
THEN HE HEARD TYPING ON A KEYBOARD. THE COMPUTER WAS TYPING ON THE COMPUTER!
