Just took a few shots of the show displays I've done for these, with some handy little Romans on them for an idea of size. (I was going to put a coin next to them and then comlpetely forgot... :-[ There's only moths in my wallet anyway! :D)
These are all on the website here: http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Resin-Scenics-and-Trees-c25/ (http://www.pendraken.co.uk/Resin-Scenics-and-Trees-c25/), and are £2.50 per pack. Numbers per pack are in brackets.

"Join the Legions, see the world they said, didn't say we'd have to walk through every patch of trees on the way there!" moaned Cassiun Longinus.
"Shut it private, or you'll be back to garrision duty at Mediobogdum!" his Centurion barked!
"Oh not Hardknott pass AGAIN!"
They look good. Nice and big. Which is good as model trees are often rather small, but real trees are big.
ooooooooohhhhhhh :D
prepare for an order for the palm trees ;D
I think I may have to get some more stock in!
Nice to see real sized trees, how well do they balance ?

I drilled holes through one sheet of 2mm MDF for the smaller ones, and then a bit of superglue, and they've not moved at all. The bigger ones had holes drilled in two sheets (4mm) and the same.
what are the palm trees made of and how are they fixed?

They're all plastic trunks, with plastic layers of leaves which slide down over a slight barb at the tip of the tree.
Do we have an indication of price? Anything will be better than the £10 Skale Scenics charge for three. :)

Anyone tried alder cones for the mass of closely forested trees? I have found that drybrushing with various greens and browns looks pretty good after they've been glued together and based. And the cones themselves are FREE.

Not sure i'd know an alder if it sat up and bit me. :-[
Isn't it the balck and silver poisionus snake that infests north yorkshire -

Shropshire on the Long Mynd, Wenlock Edge and the Stiperstones too!
There's also a healthy population around Hindhead in Surrey (especially when I was working in the great out doors there, they were always basking on rocks and fallen trees).
..and Pembrokeshire....Anyway, back to the trees...."It's never a willow !"..
From my favourite Monty P sketch.
Cheers - Phil.

What's the difference between Prince Charles, Yul Brynner and Guy the gorilla?
One's the heir apparent, one has no hair apparent and the other has a hairy parent.
Merry Christmas everyone!!
Now back to the topic of trees. Sort of.
The ark lands after The Flood. Noah lets all the animals out. Says, "Go and multiply." Several months pass. Noah decides to check up on the animals. All are doing fine except a pair of snakes. "What's the problem?" says Noah. "Cut down some trees and let us live there", say the snakes. Noah follows their advice. Several more weeks pass. Noah checks on the snakes again. Lots of little snakes, everybody is happy. Noah asks, "Want to tell me how the trees helped?" "Certainly", say the snakes. "We're adders, and we need logs to multiply."
