Any chance of Fredrick Charles, 'The Red Prince' in his Hussar uniform?
But who else would be needed?
Von Stimeitz throwing a strop? MacMahon? British Press Corps?

MacMahon is easy - take a mounted French general and using a small brush give him white hair and a white imperial (i.e. Napoleon III goatee).

Here,s an idea for Chanzy. Take a Spahi officer and add tunic below the waist and fur cuffs and collar with greenstuff.
