Anyone else remember these ? A proto-wargamers dream of a history book (unless you bought the one on ballet of course). I think my favourite was D-Day but there were some other cracking ones too - the sioux uprising and WWI being especially good.

Ahhh! Happy days of 1970's childhood.
Not sure if they were the same range; but I loved the Batman ones on a huge fold out sheet.

Couldn't have put it better myself! :D
We were easily pleased in those days ;D Now it has to be lead ;)
Cheers,
Kev
How cool is that :D
Blimey - now there's a blast from the past! 8)
WOW! THAT'S THE BADGER! :o
I had the joker one, it lasted me WEEEEEEEKS!
In between climbing trees and using jumpers for goal posts...
(Wipes nostalgic tear from eye in Al Murry Pub Landlord Manner)
Oh wow! I completely forgot all about these and as others have said they spirited me back to the 70's. I used to get the perspective wrong on some of the rub down figures and end up with a soldier floating in the sky or more frustrating the transfer would wrinkle resulting in a deformed figure. I loved the art work that accompanied the text. Well done goat major for finding the site
