Having had our 4th parcel in the last 6 months go missing yesterday, and that doesn't include the ones that they have managed to 'edited' or opened & damage (funny that is always new shoes or Lego for the grandchildren - never the cleaning products that go missing or get opened :-\) by the (so called) parcel delivery company known as 'Evri' I came across the following Youtube video that just about sums them up exactly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ne4F0QYrfGE
This then led onto a series of other similar videos all made by @ British_Brainrot TV [https://www.youtube.com/@British_Brainrot ] about various modern so-called customer services companies.
I nearly wet myself watching the one on Britons roads and pot-holes and the 'Uber' one is equally as good.
Maybe you have to be of a certain age but I think whoever is making these needs a medal!
Cheers
Mark
NB: We are now heading towards asking a supplier who their delivery provider is, and if it is Evri, we wont buy from them and will tell them that directly.
When Hermes rebranded to Evri local wags insisted it was recognition that "evri parcel is lost, stolen or damaged!"

Just shows that you cannot solve an underlying issue with a 'rebrand' - IMHO they are systemically broken as a business.
Well thanks to Big Insect thats another hour of my life I won't get back. Did find some of the clips quite funny though.
The 'Dreggs' and TK Max & Primark ones are also most amusing - although all are almost too close to the truth! :'( :'( :'(

Me too. Evri are a shower of sh*te. They don't even knock anymore, just throw things over a backyard wall that might vaguely be the one yard that is yours.
If I buy anything from the likes of ebay/vinted/ebid, I'll ask the seller for a RM delivery option if they don't already provide it, even it means paying a quid or so more. Otherwise no sale. If I used social media at all I'd organise a nationwide boycott >:(

Luckily I've blocked Youtube on my pc now, I was spending far too much time on it, so I'll keep my hour thank you :)
