Pendraken are Coming to the USA!

As we're taking a year off from the UK shows we thought it might be a nice opportunity for us to head somewhere a little different instead... So, we'll be attending Cold Wars in the USA, on Feb 5th - 8th, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania!
We'll be there mainly to meet some of our US customers, so we won't be bringing a proper Pendraken stand. We will be able to bring Pre-Orders though, so if any US folks would like to save the shipping costs on a regular order, you can now place orders and select the 'Collect at Cold Wars '26' shipping option (the 10% tariff will still apply). Please make sure to get your orders placed by Sunday 18th January so that we can get them cast up and shipped to the venue in advance.
Ironclad Miniatures Update!

We travelled down to Wales before Christmas and collected all of the moulds and equipment from Ironclad Miniatures ready to start production at Pendraken HQ in January. John is going to come up to help us get everything going so we'll have an update for everyone as soon as we know when the Ironclad ranges will be added to our website.
2025 - How Did We Do?

As the end of the year approaches, it's time to ponder what we've ticked off our To-Do list for 2025, so head over and have a read on our Forum here (https://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,24027.0.html). Overall we had 5 Successes, 3 Almosts and 5 Fails, so a fairly mixed year for us. There's some big jobs in there though, things like the WWII Artillery (https://www.pendraken.co.uk/10mm-world-war-ii), Cold War lists (https://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,23877.0.html) and Future War Commander 2 rules have each taken up months of time to get done.
The great news for 2026 is that, with our break from the shows, we can really crack on with no distractions. We'll have a functioning resin room, more time in the workshop and more hands on deck. So 2026 could possibly be our most productive year everTM!

This year's Battleground event was our biggest ever, with 971 people attending to create the busiest show we've ever had. Next year we're hoping to hit that 1000 milestone too! You can read a report on the day over on our Forum here (https://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,24019.0.html).
Napoleonic Russians update!

And finally a quick update on our upcoming Napoleonic Russians expansion. The sculptor has completed all of the 1805-07 figures which amounts to around 30% of the overall project. He's now starting on the larger 1811-1815 batch and we'll have an update for everyone soon, including some pics. We're still planning to crowdfund this whole project but we want to be able to give folks an accurate delivery timeframe before we do that.
That'll do for now, we've got a huge amount planned for 2026 so we'll see you in the new year!
