Title: T72 and T80
Post by: Jim Ando on 06 October 2025, 07:01:39 PM
Bout time we had more russian tanks. T72 and T80 would be nice . Also the west Germans deserve a range, as half the free world used the Leopard 1 in all it's versions.

Cheers

We won't have those for a while so no worries if you need them quicker!

How do Red3 look along side Pendraken?
I must confess that i bought other peoples Chieftains just before Pendraken released theirs. . .
I do feel guilty!  :(

I have 2000 Peninsula War figures to paint, and am very sure that my Napoleonic artillery train will get a boost soon; and then there's those forthcoming Amazons and Squidlings to look forward to.

I think I can wait.

They look OK, it's just they prick at your conscience.

Picture shows Red3 and Pendraken T-34/85, the undercoated one is Red3

Red3 vehicles are very nice and consistent 1/150 scale, to be honest I do prefer them over Pendraken. Apart from the M17 GMC, where the turret halfs don't fit together correctly. Although as a general rule I've stopped buying metal vehicles and get 3d printed ones where I can.

I have previously asked Red3 to do T-44 and T-10 tanks but nothing yet, they do have a FB page where you put requests but I don't do FB so not up to reminding them.

I think that's one of our old models, the T-34s have been upgraded now:
