Title: [WANTED] Outpost 28mm Russo-Turk War figures in UK
Post by: sultanbev on 13 August 2025, 07:18:02 PM
Bit of a long shot I guess, does anyone have any of the Outpost Miniatures 28mm Russo-Turkish War Ottomans here in UK they are willing to let go of?

Am after about 60 or so reservists with turbans round their fezes, three sets of command, and any Circassian/Caucasus cavalry mounted and dismounted.

I know Badger Games in the US has them available, although a few of the poses seem to be missing currently, but am trying to avoid buying from overseas if I can.

Hi Mark
Sorry, cannot help.
But are the Eureka ones compatible?
Just a thought
Cheers

Not sure if Eureka are compatible with the existing Outpost figures I have, but I do know it is nearly 100% cheaper to import Outpost from Badger Games in the US than it is to buy Eureka direct from the Uk source - £2.60 a foot figure versus $6 for 4 figures + 25% postage  :o

Wow! That is a big difference.
You really need a US wargamer travelling to the UK to smuggle them in for you  :D  :-\
Where are Badger based in the US?

Badger Games
PO Box 510287
Milwaukee, WI 53203
USA

I mean, their actual price of $6 for 4 figures is very competitive, at just over a quid a figure - the postage is a bit of a killer at +25%, but not completely unaffordable. It's more a reliability of arrival, and if it gets stung for customs at this end that I'm concerned about.
