Title: HP Lovecraft trivium
Post by: FierceKitty on 02 July 2025, 03:33:55 AM
Little-known facts about 20th-century popular music: the last performance of the Andrews Sisters, at Miskatonic University in Arkham, was spectacularly interrupted during their only rendition of the song Don't Bring Cthulhu. The details are now classified, and said to cause insanity in anyone reading more than two lines of the lyrics or humming three bars or more of the melody.

Sources tell me it was not the Andrew Sisters. It was Twisted Sister. Although I'll admit they are often confused, thanks to Twisted Sister's cover of Boogy-woogy bugle boy of company B.

QuoteAnyone who listens to the Andrews Sisters is insane already!

Can I gently remind my esteemed colleague where he is posting? The majority of those reading his post are probably insane!

Besides, what's wrong with The Andrews Sisters? I listen everything from 1920s New Orleans jazz to Nine Inch Nails and it's done no harm to my mental health...oh sorry, I should refer myself to my previous sentence.
