Hi, I'm Fabio and I"m back to the forum because of the following question
Wheeled special ability is a common one,. My question is: does the wheeled special ability apply to all wheeled mean of transportations?
Or only the one that are in the note of the army list?
The point is: if i'm using a wheeled APC as BTR-60 does the wheeled special ability apply even without any note in any army list?

Yes all wheeled vehicles benefit from the Wheeled Special Anility, i.e. twice their MV when moving on road.
