Here is my first fully painted tank. Was hoping to get it done for last night, but couldnt get hold of any sawdust flock :(
So the base isnt finished. Coments would be gratefuly recieved.

Its getting there - I think the photos aren't doing you justice.
A couple of things to try, use a dark wash in the recesses of the tank, and a light dry brush of a pale sand / bleached bone as a final highlight.
The cammo looks a bit wrong - there are a couple of options for late war German armour, either locally applied or factory applied. The locally applied tended to be either splodges or thin wavy lines. The factory applied was much broader areas, with only a small amount of yellow showing, often with spots of contrasting colour applied over the base cammo. You have rather ended up between the two - with quite broad regular stripes but with big spaces

Looking good so far - but I'd echo Frobes here - a wash will give you some depth & a final featherlight drybrush will lift the whole model.
If you want to really make them 'pop' though, take your camo colours, lighten by a tone, thin them right down [think skimmed milk here] and paint that inside the boundaries of your camo stripes...have a look at these:
